My book is back in stock in the UK, selling in a number of places including Amazon UK.
The Book Depository which offers free worldwide shipping had it in stock first, but now they appear to have sold out.
It’s still sold out in Amazon USA but supplies should hit them very shortly from the second printing Oxford University Press did.
I’ve just heard that Oxford are about to do a third printing and this time will fix the mistakes in the original. Maybe the first copies will become collectors’ items, like an Inverted Jenny stamp.
